The rehabilitation of this Grade 2-listed structure kept the building’s original low ceilings, round rooms, and exposed beams. The decked outdoor space features a year-round hot tub in addition to a huge double bedroom and two lovely bathrooms. You are on the owners’ private estate, nestled away off a quiet street and within easy walking distance of a restaurant. The roundal’s hallway opens up to a very spacious double bedroom outfitted with a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom. Nearly 2.5 meters of tiling and high-end fixtures in the shower. There’s a deluxe rolltop tub, a separate toilet, and a unique sink. There is a bathroom with a huge corner shower, toilet, and sink downstairs. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and tiled, letting in plenty of light; it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a full-size fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a ceramic burner. A section of the sofa bed may be pulled out to create more seating in the roundal’s lounge. You can put your feet up and relax, or use it as a regular sofa and a flat-screen tv.
